I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Lucky Bansko Aparthotel Spa & Relax. The spa facilities were extensive and included a relaxing salt pool and jacuzzi. The staff's attention was commendable, always ready to assist. I also loved the delightful breakfast with a diverse array of fresh options.

i had to endure an abysmally cold room that made me question if i was outside in the winter. the breakfast was a tragedy with low quality eggs dominating the spread, as i was expecting gourmet delights fit for royalty. i almost considered giving a nice review, but i just couldn't let it slide. just pathetic.

Had a great time! The spa facilities really impressed, and the variety of breakfast options made mornings enjoyable. Although the shuttle service had some hiccups, it was convenient getting around. Definitely a solid stay overall.

I really enjoyed the friendly and polite staff, and everything was within walking distance, making it super easy to explore all the nearby attractions like the House Museum of Neofit Rilski just 800 meters away and the stunning Holy Trinity Church also just a short stroll of 800 meters, adding to my overall experience.

Perfect getaway in Bansko!

We had such a chill stay! The gym's cozy vibe made working out fun! Just a heads up, the shuttle timings could use a lil' tightening. The breakfast spread was delicious with so many options, I could stay there forever!

We enjoyed the unique bio pools, perfect for relaxing with the family and even our dog. The kids spent time at the kids' club, which offered fantastic activities while we indulged in the amazing spa facilities. Breakfast was solid, too!

My kids wished for a more engaging animation room experience.
